Our Bavaria City Racing “Weekend Guide” provides you with all the latest information about Bavaria City Racing events in your area and a Location Tab will show you where to go.
Test your racing knowledge and have fun with your friends when you play our Bavaria City Racing Quiz! Simply answer the Bavaria City Racing multiple choice questions for your chance to race to a place on the podium and win the great promotional prizes on offer.
For the more techie readers, it is a fully content managed app (i.e the client can edit the data, content is not embedded in the app as is normally the case), and contains news sections about the upcoming event, a location finder (which allows users to only see the points of interest that they are looking for at the event, again, totally editable by the client) and a game which allows them to run promotions and do ticket giveaways. This all links into their social media properties, so competition entrants automatically convert into fans on Facebook. Finally, it’s all ad sponsored (you’ll see ads for MediaTemple and Mobile Browsers in some of the screenshots below), which all click through to sponsors pages.
The app launched in April on iPhone, Andriod and iPad, and the event is in June. One of the things we have striven for in this project is to give the app a life beyond the Dublin event. To this end it can be repurposed for international Bavaria City Racing Events, and will also contain relevant user content (in this case F1 news) throughout the year, to increase stickiness and engagement.
